Seabreeze Lodge, situated near Porthmadog in Gwynedd, Wales, is a charming single-storey accommodation designed to comfortably host six guests. The lodge features three well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite shower, a double room, and a twin room, each equipped with a television. The living areas are inviting, comprising a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as an electric double oven, gas hob, and washing machine, alongside a cozy living/dining room furnished for six, complete with a gas fire and TV. The property is pet-free and non-smoking, ensuring a clean and serene environment for guests. All essential utilities, including fuel, power, bed linen, and towels, are included in the rental price.

Seabreeze Lodge offers an array of amenities to enhance guest comfort, including gas central heating and double glazing. Outside, a private wraparound decking area is available, furnished with tables, chairs, and lounging furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Guests have access to allocated parking for one car, as well as a free on-site car park. For families traveling with young children, a cot and highchair can be hired on-site from March to November. Although WiFi is not available within the lodge, it can be accessed at the site’s entertainment buildings, such as the reception and café bar. Some on-site facilities, like swimming pools and organized children's activities, require a Haven pass available for an additional fee.
