Our wooden bespoke 2 bedroom Orchard Lodge is situated within its own secure grounds with amazing panoramic views over the Devon hillside with a stream meandering through the valley. A west facing veranda with outdoor seating is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Enjoy the rural tranquil location, wildlife, starry skies, walks and beautiful scenery that a perfect farm stay can offer.

We have a quiet Fishing pond area, well stocked with Roach, Rudd, and Perch. You are welcome to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost or just sit, relax and enjoy the wildlife which can be seen in and around the pond.

Pound Farm is easily accessible just a 10 minute drive from the M5 (J28). We are situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh, in Mid Devon.
2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 king-size zip n link bed ( which can be made into two single beds on request)
Fully fitted kitchen - electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, Washing machine, free standing fridge freezer, slow cooker
Open plan lounge dining area

2 dogs welcome (£20 per per per week)

Located in Cullompton, this cabin is in a rural area and on a river. Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life and National Trust Killerton are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Tiverton Castle and Knightshayes Court. Traveling with kids? Consider Devon Railway Centre, or check out an event or a game at Edenvale Park. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
