Dittisham Hideaway, located in the picturesque region of Devon in South West England, offers a unique accommodation experience with its handcrafted Shepherds Huts, available from April 15, 2022. These huts are meticulously built by skilled West Country artisans, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Nestled in a meadow adorned with wildflowers, the huts provide stunning views down a wooded valley, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere for guests. Each Shepherds Hut features a spacious 234 sq. ft. layout, designed to comfortably host two adults in luxury, complemented by a Mini Shepherds Hut that accommodates additional children.

The main Shepherds Hut boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a thoughtfully designed interior that includes designer fabrics, bespoke furnishings, and a traditional wood-burning stove. Guests can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, a relaxation area with a coffee table, and a generous bathroom featuring a double walk-in power shower. The adjoining Mini Shepherds Hut is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for up to four children under 16 years old. Safety is prioritized, as it's recommended that an adult stays with the children in the Mini Hut, which is conveniently connected to the main hut via a camera/sound intercom system.

Each hut also offers a private outdoor terrace complete with an array of amenities, including a wood-fired spa bath, Adirondack loungers, a teak dining set with a parasol, a fire pit, and a double hammock, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs, with provisions for their comfort, while being reminded to keep them on a lead within the property. The surrounding area is rich with public footpath walks, offering opportunities for exploration and connection with nature.

For leisure activities, a communal games barn is available, providing a space for guests to unwind with games such as table tennis, chess, and table football. Evenings can be spent under the stars, enjoying BBQ meals and toasted marshmallows by the fire pit, followed by a soothing soak in the outdoor spa bath. Additional services include electric vehicle charging and on-site parking. Dittisham Hideaway is conveniently located near attractions such as Brixham Harbour and Marina, Woodlands Family Theme Park, and Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure.
