This delightful, converted barn next to the owners house is perfectly situated in the countryside, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With views towards the Quantocks and Exmoor National Park, it s the perfect place to unwind. For an active holiday, venture out on foot from the property to see the National Trust Wellington Monument. The market town of Wellington is 3 miles away and has two supermarkets and some great takeaways. A fun day out for the kids is Diggerland Devon (11 miles), or visit the county town of Somerset, Taunton (8 miles) with museums, castles and lots more. Enter the barn and kick off your shoes in the hallway, there is a WC with washer/dryer to the rear. Cook up a bite to eat in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy in the breakfast bar area. Moving into the open plan lounge/diner, sit comfortably around the table for meals all together and unwind on the comfortable corner sofa with Smart TV and views from the window. Completing the ground floor is a fully accessible super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request), with an en suite wet room with shower, shower seat, grab rails and WC. Moving upstairs, to your right is a king size bedroom, and further down the hall is the family bathroom. A twin bedroom can be found at the rear of the property and completing the living spaces the property has a small seating area on the landing. Outside there is a beautiful summerhouse with outstanding countryside views. A BBQ, cycle store and an enclosed lawned garden area make it the perfect family space to relax with outdoor seating.
