Situated on the edge of the small hamlet of Talyllyn which is one mile from Llanfihangel Talyllyn, near Brecon. Here you are well served with a lovely local pub and several footpaths that are close by to the property. The area is perfect for outdoor pursuits where you can hire a rowing boat, kayak, Canadian canoe, stand up paddle board or fishing boat and have fun on Llangorse Lake, the largest natural lake in South Wales, along with activities to include climbing, mountain biking and horse riding throughout the area (3 miles). For the more easy going guests there are some lovely market towns such as Hay on Wye the town of books, Crickhowell and Brecon, all within a 13 mile radius of the property. Gather your family or a group of friends and enjoy spending some time in this spacious stone built barn. The barn offers spacious accommodation for up to six guests. Step inside, the ground floor is open plan and well configured creating a perfect space for spending time together. The lounge has a TV and DVD where you can comfortably relax whilst enjoying views across the meadows. For dining there is a long dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric built in oven and hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. The first floor offers three bedrooms.2 double room en suites with shower over bath and WC, and a twin bedroom with an en suite shower over bath and WC. Outside guests can make the most of the gardens where you can relax and enjoy alfresco dining on the BBQ. There is lockable storage for bikes and canoes and ample off road parking for at least three cars.
