Visitors can enjoy the sight of Exmoor ponies roaming freely in this picturesque landscape. For beach lovers, Saunton Sands, with its expansive three-and-a-half-mile stretch of golden sand, is only a 25-minute drive away, making it an ideal spot for family outings, surfing, and dog walking. The historic town of South Molton, just five miles from the barn, is known for its vibrant market held twice a week, where guests can explore antique shops and boutiques while indulging in a traditional Devon cream tea.

The barn itself welcomes guests with a spacious entrance hall, perfect for storing wet coats and muddy boots after outdoor adventures. To the left, the country-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge with an ice compartment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats six, creating a warm atmosphere for shared meals. Across the hall, the inviting lounge features exposed beams, a wood burner, a television, and views of the gardens, providing a cozy setting for relaxation after a day of exploration.

Outside, the property is enveloped by 30 acres of ancient pastures and natural habitat, which includes a lake with a drawbridge (children must be supervised), an ornamental garden, and mowed nature trails teeming with wildlife and unique flora. Guests can also enjoy their own private patio area, complete with garden furniture and a gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally, there is off-road allocated parking for two cars, ensuring a hassle-free stay in this idyllic retreat.
