The nearby North coastal area offers excellent surfing and attractions to suit all ages including the ruins of mine buildings around St Agnes and Cligga Point, Newquay, Godrevy, the Cornish Cider Farm, Newquay Zoo, and Aquarium, all within just 15 miles. Take a day trip to the cathedral city of Truro and explore the plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. With a high standard of finish throughout and sympathetic interior, you certainly will not be disappointed when you enter into this reversed level barn. With an array of comforts throughout, step in from the garden into the beautiful open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, with a separate WC. Immediately drawn to the VW camper van bar area, make yourself a drink and catch up with family. The lounge area has a sofa and chairs to relax on and watch the Smart TV after a day exploring, with the wood burner crackling in the background. There is seating for all at the dining table, making this a great social space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your holiday, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, coffee machine, and microwave. Head down the staircase to the bedrooms on the lower floor. You will find a king size bedroom with a Smart TV, wardrobe, and a contemporary en suite wet room that has a shower and WC. There are two more stylish bedrooms, including another king size and a twin. The beautiful family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC, perfect for a soak after a day rambling the nearby coastline. Relax amongst the stars in the garden and dine outdoors with the charcoal BBQ on the go. There are a variety of shrubs and plants, including palms, giving a true feeling of paradise. There is allocated parking for two cars and additional on site parking if required.
