The layout of the property continues with a few steps leading down to a stylish kitchen/diner, characterized by a heated stone tile floor and a clean, contemporary design. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality SMEG appliances, including a retro-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, along with an oven, hob, and ample worktop space for meal preparation. Additionally, a snug area with leather chairs and a TV provides a cozy spot for younger guests to enjoy their own entertainment, making it a versatile space for family gatherings.
Accommodations include three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The ground floor features a bedroom with a super king-size bed that can be converted into two singles, along with an en suite wet room. Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms await, one equipped with an en suite bathroom featuring a bath and power shower, while the other boasts a walk-in monsoon shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a stone patio with a BBQ and gravelled courtyard, although a private pond and summer house on the owner's grounds are not accessible for guest use.
