The village of Headcorn itself boasts a variety of independent shops, local butchers and a traditional pub. For those who like the great outdoors, there are some fantastic walks to nearby villages which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment. Although set on the grounds of a working kennels and cattery, you will feel like you have the entire place to yourselves. Enter the cottage through the front door and into the spacious hallway, where there is ample space for dropping off shoes and coats. Head on through into the light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has views over the courtyard garden. The lounge area has two comfy sofas and a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with ice compartment. Whip up a delicious meal before sitting down to dine at the table with seating for all. Just off the open plan area are the three bedrooms: two king size bedrooms and a twin room, and there is also a fully accessible wet room with shower and WC. Bi folding doors in the lounge lead out to a patio area with a patio table and chairs, gas BBQ and a hot tub just perfect for enjoying a glass of fizz and a spot of stargazing on a clear night. The property also sits in its own securely fenced acre of paddock, so dogs can enjoy the freedom to play. By arrangement, the owner can provide private doggy day care should you wish to enjoy a day out without your four legged friends. There is private parking for two cars, and the owner can arrange bicycle storage.
