This serene location, known as Osprey Village, offers a tranquil retreat just five minutes away from Aviemore, accessible via steam train or a scenic cycle path. Guests can indulge in a variety of outdoor activities, including playing on the renowned James Braid 18-hole golf course, fishing in the river Spey, and enjoying exceptional bird-watching opportunities amidst the tranquil woods and dramatic hillsides that surround the lodge.
Our holiday lodge comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring three well-appointed bedrooms, including one double bed and two rooms with two single beds each. With two bathrooms, it is ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway. The lodge is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friends along for your adventure. The spacious living area is complemented by two decking areas, complete with a patio set, and a slabbed area at the rear, providing ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Inside, the lodge is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a new TV with free view, a DVD player, and essential kitchen appliances such as a toaster, microwave, kettle, and slow cooker. We provide cutlery, crockery, and pans for your convenience, while linen is included; however, guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels. The dining area accommodates four, with two additional portable tables available for extra guests. Central heating throughout the lodge, along with an additional electric heater, ensures a cozy environment regardless of the season. All gas and electricity costs are included in the rental.
Guests will find a well-stocked, reasonably priced shop and café conveniently located at the entrance of the park, along with laundry facilities for added convenience. A minimum stay of three nights is required, with check-in available after 4:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM. The lodge is ideally situated near local landmarks such as the Strathspey Steam Railway and Lochindorb Castle, and attractions like Landmark Forest Adventure Park and Speyside Wildlife are just a short distance away, making it an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Highlands.
