While the lodge provides a perfect getaway, there are some important notes for prospective guests. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, and if you have booked a lodge with a private hot tub, please be advised that it will not be available during your stay. Additionally, the on-site bar and restaurant are currently closed until further notice due to development work, which may cause some inconvenience, but the lodge is equipped with all necessary facilities for cooking. There is also a planned power cut on December 1st, which may affect your stay, so guests are encouraged to plan accordingly.
Check-in at Woolverstone Marina Lodge Park begins at 4 PM, with check-out at 10 AM. To facilitate a smooth arrival, guests are encouraged to complete the online check-in form within 48 hours prior to their visit. For those arriving after 7 PM, it is recommended to contact the reception for specific arrival instructions.
