While the lodge boasts numerous luxurious features, including a hot tub, it is important to note that the hot tub may not be available for private bookings. Additionally, a security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival. Due to ongoing development work, the on-site restaurant and bar are currently closed, which may cause some inconvenience to guests. However, the lodge is fully equipped for self-catering, allowing visitors to prepare their own meals during their stay.
Check-in is available from 4 PM, with check-out at 10 AM, and guests are encouraged to complete an online check-in form within 48 hours of their arrival. For those arriving after 7 PM, it is advised to contact the reception for specific instructions. The lodge is located in a rural area, close to cultural highlights such as Dance East and St Peter's by the Waterfront, as well as landmarks like Wolsey's Gate and Blackfriars, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding attractions of Suffolk.
