The park spans 220 acres and boasts its own fishing lakes, making it a haven for nature lovers. Additionally, two renowned golf clubs and a health spa are conveniently located within the village, providing ample leisure opportunities for guests.
It is important to note that Aspen Country Park is a family-friendly environment, and therefore does not accept single-sex parties or group bookings, including work-related stays. Guests are encouraged to contact the park within seven days of their arrival to confirm availability. While the park offers various amenities, including irons, hairdryers, washing machines, and dishwashers in each lodge, it does not provide Wi-Fi or allow barbecues on-site. For those arriving later than 5 PM, it is advised to notify the duty office in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
While staying at the lodge, guests can explore the natural beauty of the area, including attractions such as Lackford Lakes and Bradfield Woods. Other nearby points of interest include Larkwood Trout Fishery and Fuller's Mill Garden. However, visitors should be aware that there is ongoing building work at the park from Monday to Friday, which may cause some noise, though efforts will be made to minimize disturbances.
