Nestled in the serene environment of Golden Bay Holiday Village, the cottage is just a three-minute stroll from the vibrant village center and the pristine blue flag beach. The property boasts a bright and contemporary design, highlighted by an open-plan living area that includes a well-equipped kitchen and a dining space with seating for six. The living room is furnished with two large, comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed, ensuring ample relaxation space for guests.

The layout of the cottage offers convenient access to the bedrooms and a modern bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, directly from the main living area. A front door opens onto a sheltered decking area, providing an ideal setting for enjoying a book or sipping morning coffee while taking in the tranquil surroundings. The property is adjacent to one of three expansive communal lawns, perfect for children to play and enjoy outdoor activities during the summer months. The meticulously maintained gardens and greens enhance the overall appeal of the holiday village, while easy access to a private ramp leads directly to the promenade.
