Additionally, the area is rich in attractions, including the historic naval city of Plymouth, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, and several National Trust properties, all within a 22-mile radius.

A wood burner adds warmth and charm during the colder months, while an additional shower room with a WC and a utility area featuring a washing machine complete this level of the home.

Outside, the property features a small, enclosed garden with seating, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco dining around the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely lawned area caters to guests with dogs or children looking for outdoor play. Additionally, there is off-road parking available for two cars at the side of the property.
