Walking down the scenic cliff top path to access this property, its grandeur and phenomenal location soon become apparent. Far reaching views across the ocean create a glorious panorama with beauty from every angle. Its location above the beach of Whitsand mean it s in a prime spot for a day on the sand, whether that be soaking up the sun or something a little more adventurous. The property is a short drive away from Plymouth to the east, with plenty of restaurants, shops and leisure facilities to explore, or travel west to the picturesque town of Looe. Guests also have access to the swimming pool located at Whitsand Bay Holiday Park, at the top of the cliff, for a small additional charge. Entering from the rear of the property, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both of which are immaculately finished. There is then a shower room with WC. The focal point of this property comes from the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its awe inspiring views and luxurious finishing touches. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and beautiful chairs, a wood burner, a Smart TV/DVD/Blu Ray, Bluetooth speaker and bi folding doors out onto the decking and garden area. The dining table seats four, and is situated towards the centre of the room, making the most of the views out to sea whilst you eat your meal. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher. The partially enclosed decking outside is a truly beautiful area from which to make the most of the scenery. It has plenty of seating, and there are also sunbeds to soak up the rays, as well as an outdoor shower for washing off the sand once you ve returned up the path from a day on the beach. Also outside you will find a separate fridge/freezer and washing machine located in the shed outside along with a charcoal BBQ . Young children must be supervised due to the location of the property and the structure of the garden. There is roadside parking at the top of the cliff, however no direct vehicle access outside the property is accessed on foot from the cliff path.
