For a more cosmopolitan affair, head into nearby Plymouth and visit the historic Barbican area with its restaurants, shops, bars and National Marine Aquarium or walk up onto the Hoe with its swimming pool, cafes and bars. A little further afield, other worthwhile attractions include Torbay, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor as well as neighbouring Cornwall. Inside, the accommodation is arranged on one level and has been recently refurbishing to provide a chic, contemporary feel. Prepare meals in the compact yet well equipped kitchen, which contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine, before enjoying a bite to eat at the breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms in this property, one double overlooking the sea with patio doors onto the terrace and one additional double. Parking for one car is allocated in front of the property, but you must purchase a parking ticket and display for the duration of your stay
