Roadford Lake (7 miles) is a short drive away and offers fishing, walking, and sailing activities. The market towns of Holsworthy (6 miles), Launceston (12 miles) and Okehampton (14 miles) are all within an easy driving distance. Other places of interest accessible from here include the historic maritime city of Plymouth (37 miles), the Eden Project (45 miles) and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. On the same level are the two bedrooms, the first a king size with an en suite shower and WC and the second a twin (which can be made up as a king size on request) also with an en suite shower room with WC. Heading outside you will discover the gorgeous surroundings. Firstly, an enclosed, decked veranda, which is gated making it ideal for little ones or pets. Here you can sit and enjoy the views from the garden table and chairs. Steps lead down to a private lawn area where you can relax, BBQ or play ball games or badminton. Enjoy views towards the owner s lake across the fields. Children and adults alike can experience a taste of the country life. Private off road parking for one car (further by arrangement) is provided next to the property.
