Upon entering Simon Howe Lodge, guests are greeted by a bright and spacious interior characterized by an exposed apex ceiling and large windows that enhance the overall ambiance. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, equipped with a log burner, flat-screen TV, and a plush leather sofa. Additionally, patio doors lead to a terrace with outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, featuring sleek matte grey cabinets and high gloss worktops, enabling guests to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during their stay.
The lodge comprises two stylish bedrooms located on the ground floor. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, making it suitable for families. Both rooms are adorned with premium bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A family bathroom, also on the ground floor, includes a bathtub, shower, WC, and basin, providing convenience for guests. To protect the property, a £250.00 damage deposit or a £25.00 Accidental Damage Waiver is required upon booking.
