The lodge is equipped with modern amenities, including biomass central heating that maintains a snug atmosphere regardless of the weather outside. Guests can enjoy entertainment options such as a 42" Freeview TV and a radio, along with a coal-effect electric stove in the lounge for added warmth. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an integrated dishwasher, a tall fridge freezer, an electric double oven, a gas hob, and a microwave, ensuring that cooking is both easy and enjoyable. For convenience, all bedding, electricity, heating, basic wireless broadband, and towels are included in the stay.

Osgill Lodge is situated in a picturesque rural area, surrounded by fields where sheep and cattle can often be seen grazing. The site offers level ground with parking available for two cars, and access to the lodge is via four steps. Guests can embark on a variety of walks, ranging from easy strolls to more challenging hikes, directly from the lodge's doorstep. Its prime location, just four miles south of Keswick and within reasonable distance from other Lake District attractions, makes it an excellent base for exploring the region.
