Located in the serene seaside village of Weybourne, Norfolk, this recently renovated cottage offers a tranquil retreat within the stunning Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With a capacity to accommodate four guests, the property is ideally situated on a private lane, providing a peaceful escape from the busier coastal resorts while remaining conveniently close to some of North Norfolk's finest beaches, nature reserves, and charming towns. The village beach, a mere 0.1 miles away, serves as a secluded spot perfect for leisurely seaside walks and observing local marine wildlife.

Just 3.5 miles from the cottage is the vibrant seaside town of Sheringham, known for its diverse attractions including The Mo Museum, a steam railway connecting to Holt and Weybourne, as well as a swimming pool and golf course. Sheringham's high street is bustling with independent shops, coffee houses, and dining options, making it an excellent destination for visitors. The elegant Georgian town of Holt, situated 4.5 miles away, offers a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of shops and eateries, ideal for a relaxed outing. Additionally, the lively town of Cromer, located 7.5 miles down the coast, boasts a beautiful sandy beach, a traditional end-of-pier show, and an array of excellent independent restaurants.

Inside the cottage, guests are greeted by a cozy hallway leading to two recently refurbished queen-sized bedrooms on the ground floor, along with a bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. The upper level showcases an open-plan living area that includes a comfortable lounge with modern furnishings and a warming log burner. Bi-fold doors open onto a spacious balcony furnished with patio seating, providing a delightful space to unwind. The kitchen and dining area have been extensively renovated, equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

The exterior of the property features a charming garden complete with garden furniture, a lawn, and attractively planted borders, creating a lovely environment for relaxation. A small mill stream runs through the garden, adding to its charm but making the property unsuitable for families with very young children. For convenience, there are two designated parking bays located just across the road from the cottage, allowing guests easy access to their vehicles during their stay.
