Within the grounds is the St Sidwell Holy Well, an ancient monument dating back to 790 AD. The present building pre dates the Church, which is 14th century, but an exact date is not known. Peace and tranquillity are easy to find with picturesque walking routes from your doorstep, or for slightly different set of incredible sites you can hop on the well renowned South West coast path from the historic fishing port of Boscastle just 12 miles away. Find a string of fishing villages, beaches and sheltered coves along this coastline, offering pretty bathing spots, freshly caught seafood and true Cornish charm. For those wanting to explore more of what Cornwall has to offer, the resort town of Bude, with its number of beaches and tidal pool is 18 miles way, whilst The Eden Project (27 miles) is also well worth a visit. Stepping into this beautiful home you will immediately notice the spacious living space it has to offer, along with a unique design and exposed beams. The opening space is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a good meal, whilst there is also plenty of dining space provided for all guests to sit easily together at the dining table. Whereas the second bedroom offers a set of twin single beds and again an en suite bathroom. The River Inny runs through the 31 acres of grounds, filled with trout and salmon along with both dippers and a resident kingfisher it makes for a truly relaxing spot to unwind. Guests will love to make most of the enclosed stoned outdoor space on offer. This is a private space and includes comfortable outdoor furniture, with lovely flowers and greenery bringing everything together for a wonderful area to relax, enjoy the views and perhaps even enjoy a spot of al fresco dining on those sunnier mornings.
