Norwich with its theatres, cathedrals, museums, cinemas and shopping malls is within easy reach and the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk broads with picturesque villages, nature reserves and day boat hire are easily accessible. Drive down the long drive, admire the surroundings and the beautiful grazing horses, you approach and park at the front of the property. As you enter this newly renovated for 2021 stables which have a homely feel and retains many original features with its exposed beams you arrive into the lobby area which leads you into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is a perfect place to relax and unwind with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs which surround the Smart TV so you have the option to watch or stream your favourite shows, whilst dinner is being prepared by the chef amongst you in the well equipped kitchen with its electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. Once the meal is prepared you can serve up dinner for loved ones on the dining table and chairs which can seat up to four guests. After a long day out exploring you have a choice of a king size bedroom and a double bedroom and to revitalise your senses, there is a shower room with WC. The outside area isn t enclosed and there are horses in the fields so do be mindful if you have dogs but you do have a table and chairs if you want to soak up some sunshine, sip on some cocktails and even enjoy a spot of al fresco dining while you take in the fresh Norfolk countryside air. For anyone wanting to bring their horse along livery can be arranged directly with the owner. There is private off road parking for up to two cars.
