Further activities such as hang gliding, shooting, rock climbing, abseiling, gorge walking, golf, off road driving and quad biking can all be arranged locally, with nearby Llangorse Lake being a popular destination. Discover boutique clothes shops, antique dealers, pubs and restaurants and bookshops galore at Hay on Wye, just 3 miles away. The living room is furnished with good quality sofas, perfect for relaxing in the evening with a good book or to watch a film, after enjoying a home cooked meal at the dining table. Upstairs, the spacious master double bedroom boasts a TV for those lazy mornings, whilst the second bedroom has a set of full sized bunk beds. The properties main bathroom with shower, and WC can also be found upstairs. Separate from the cottage, there is a laundry with washing machine and drying facilities which is shared with neighbouring cottages, and kids will love the shared spacious play barn with table tennis, perfect for keeping everyone entertained on wet days. Outside, dine alfresco on the private patio with its garden furniture and BBQ, sip a glass of wine as the children play happily together in the big, fenced meadow, shared with neighbouring cottages. There is off road parking.
