A bright and airy bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer complete the indoor layout. The utility room also provides access to the rear courtyard garden, enhancing the functionality of the space.

Outside, guests can enjoy three distinct enclosed garden areas.
