This charming cottage is designed to provide a traditional home-from-home experience, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy sitting area enhanced by a flame-effect fire. Guests can enjoy the expansive veranda at the front of the property, which offers panoramic views over lush fields and local woodlands, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and appreciating nature. The area is particularly appealing for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, with attractions such as the Clwydian Hill Range and the Great Orme easily accessible, alongside the historic Victorian town of Llandudno.

In terms of amenities, the property boasts LPG central heating, a double gas oven, a gas hob, a microwave with an oven and grill, and a fridge/freezer.
