For added convenience, the park features a shop, ensuring guests have easy access to essential supplies during their stay. However, it is important to note that a £100 security deposit will be collected upon arrival. In adherence to government guidelines, social distancing measures are in place throughout the park, and some shared facilities may be limited or closed. Additionally, due to updated regulations, access to private hot tubs will be restricted temporarily, specifically from July 10 to July 18, 2020, which may cause some disappointment for guests looking forward to this amenity.
Guests should also be aware that due to a local issue affecting the Bilsdale transmitter, there may be disruptions in satellite TV channels until repairs are completed. The park encourages visitors to bring their own entertainment options, such as DVDs or firesticks, to enhance their stay. For those arriving between October 8 and January 31, 2022, similar disruptions may occur, but the park is committed to assisting guests in making the most of their holiday experience. Nearby attractions include cultural highlights like the Milton Rooms and Eden Camp Modern History Theme Museum, as well as family-friendly spots such as Yorkshire Lavender and Piglet's Adventure Farm Park.
