Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
Town: Dobwalls is a village in Cornwall surrounded by fields and countryside, and is close to Liskeard, Bodmin Moor and the Cornish coastline. It is a perfect base for exploring attractions such as Looe and Polperro. Head to Siblyback Lake with its sailing, fishing and watersports, or a little further to Bodmin Moor.
Located in Liskeard, this lodge is in a rural area. Carnglaze Caverns and Kartworld are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Eden Project and Adrenalin Quarry. Lanhydrock and Pinsla Garden and Nursery are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, cycling, and rock climbing nearby.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
