Westcote, nestled in the picturesque Hawick of the Scottish Borders, offers a unique accommodation experience on a working sheep farm. This charming location features a variety of stylish pods, huts, and two authentic restored gypsy caravans, all designed to provide guests with stunning panoramic views of the Minto Hills. Ideal for couples, the gypsy caravan named after the Inner Hebrides island of Islay accommodates two people in a cozy double bed, making it a perfect off-grid retreat for those seeking tranquility in nature.

The caravan is equipped with essential amenities, including battery and solar-powered lighting, crockery, a kettle, a teapot, tea, coffee, sugar, and a gas heater. Guests can enjoy cooking using the shared outdoor kitchen or the caravan's own BBQ facilities. Additionally, the site features three wood-burning hot tubs available for pre-booking, allowing visitors to unwind under the stars after a day of exploring the stunning countryside surrounding Westcote.

Guests are welcome to bring their dogs for an additional fee, with a maximum of three dogs allowed per unit. For those who wish to enhance their stay, bedding can be pre-booked for a small charge, and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco is offered to guests staying three nights or longer. However, it is important to note that the caravan is not suitable for individuals over six feet tall or those with mobility issues, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Westcote's prime location allows easy access to local attractions, including the historic Heart of Hawick and Drumlanrigs Tower, as well as natural wonders like Scott's View and the Jedforest Deer & Farm Park.
