The hut has been recently refurbished and is equipped with gas and solar power, ensuring hot water and cooking facilities, along with enough electricity for charging mobile devices. The interior features double glazing and a gas fire, making it cozy and warm during the cooler spring and autumn months.

Inside, the hut boasts a compact yet fully fitted kitchen, complete with a fridge, cooker, hob, and all necessary kitchenware. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable double bed that can be converted into two singles if needed, all while offering a scenic view of the countryside. A cozy dining area complements the living space, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside, guests can enjoy a relaxing area with the hot tub, patio furniture, a BBQ, and a fire pit, making it a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Firewood is included, and all bedding and towels are provided for convenience.

For those wishing to extend their stay with friends or family, the property allows for tents and caravans, with caravan hire available at an additional charge. The hut is located near Exeter, where guests can explore local attractions such as the Guildhall Shopping Centre and Princesshay for shopping, or enjoy the natural beauty of Fernworthy Lake. Adventurous visitors can partake in activities like fishing, swimming, mountain biking, and cycling, ensuring a diverse range of experiences during their stay.
