The well-equipped kitchenette includes modern amenities such as a slide-away induction hob, a combination microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, and ample storage space.
The double bedroom promises a restful night's sleep, complete with open hanging space and under-bed storage for personal belongings. The adjacent shower room is equipped with a shower and WC for convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy a gravelled area furnished with a bistro table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or stargazing at night. Additionally, the property offers access to a 9-acre private woodland known as 'Cat Wood,' inviting exploration and relaxation in nature. Off-road parking is available on the private gravel drive, accommodating up to three cars, which is shared with the owners' other property, a shepherd's hut situated in a separate area, ensuring privacy and tranquility for all guests.
