Conveniently located a short drive from the attractive village of Sheepwash and on the London to Lands End cycle trail, this is a great location from which to explore. Walkers and cyclists will also be in their element with the Tarka Trail nearby and stunning Dartmoor National Park is just a short drive away. Alternatively, head towards the coast and enjoy the spectacular beaches and picturesque fishing villages the area is famed for including Westward Ho!, Hartland and Clovelly. There are also many traditional market towns and villages to explore in the surrounding area such as Bideford, where you can jump on the Oldenburg and take a day trip to Lundy Island. Other local attractions include RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal. Stepping into the pretty converted barn, you will immediately find yourself in a fabulously light and airy studio style lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and French doors to outside. The kitchen area is equipped with all the basic necessities including an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, and here you can sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal after a day exploring. The rest of the room comprises the sleeping area with a king size bed and TV/DVD. The final room inside the property is a beautifully presented shower room with shower and WC, which is located by the front door. Outside of the property and accessed via the French doors from the lounge area, there is lovely little enclosed garden and this comprises a patio, garden furniture and BBQ, and steps leading to a small area of lawn.
