Enjoy walks from your doorstep down the canal to Forton with its amenities including a fantastic fish and chip shop and a mix of other independent shops and cafes. Just an 18 mile drive away you will find the famous seaside resort of Blackpool, home to the Blackpool Tower, the Opera House and the world famous Pleasure Beach and Illuminations. The edge of the Lake District is only 28 miles away, with the Yorkshire Dales a little closer at 26 miles. The accommodation is set across one spacious room all on the ground floor, with open plan living in mind. The lounge area is the perfect area to snuggle up on the sofa or kick back and relax in the armchair and watch a movie on the TV with the electric fire warming your toes on those colder evenings. There is a well equipped kitchen for preparing a meal for two, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. In the dining space, there is a glass table and chairs. In the bedroom area there is a king size bed and then a shower room with shower and WC. Finally, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available in a shared utility room.
