A washing machine and drying room are also available on-site for added convenience.
At the rear of the studio, a comfortable double bed awaits, complete with reading lamps and a dedicated storage area. The accommodation includes a shower room with a shower and WC, ensuring all essential amenities are at hand. Outside, guests can unwind in their private garden, which features a table, chairs, and a BBQ for leisurely outdoor dining. Additionally, the grounds offer access to the surrounding countryside, and there is parking available for one car along with secure bike storage, making this bothy a perfect base for exploring the Heart of England.
