The Lodge is nestled amongst mature trees in the grounds of West Down Estate,and surrounded by nature enjoying easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Its easy to forget that you are only 5 minutes away from the historic town of South Molton, scenic Exmoor and 30 minutes from the wild rugged cliffs and wide sandy bays of the North Devon coast
After a days exploring sit in the hot tub listening to the birds and lookout for the deer that roam through the grounds
The space
On entering the lodge from the decking where the hot tub is located
the kitchen is on the left on the right is a corner sofa which can be made into a bed there is a table with stools in the corner, go through the sliding door into the bedroom and to the left is the ensuite
Guest access
The whole lodge is for the guest to use and is not shared

This lodge is located in South Molton. Tiverton Castle and Knightshayes Court are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wimbleball Lake Activities Centre and Tiverton Golf Club. North Devon Hawk Walks and Exmoor Zoo are also worth visiting.
