It is ideally located just a fifteen-minute walk from the medieval town of Rye and is in close proximity to the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it perfect for family gatherings and exploring the scenic surroundings.
The property boasts a modern kitchen equipped with all essential appliances, including a table for six, which serves as a cozy spot for meals. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a large hallway leading to various reception rooms. A children's TV snug provides a fun space for younger guests, while the main lounge features comfortable seating, a large open fireplace, and French doors that open onto a terrace overlooking the wraparound garden. The adjoining conservatory diner offers ample space for dining, accommodating all nine guests comfortably, making it an excellent area for entertaining throughout the year.
Upstairs, the accommodation includes a single bedroom with views of the marsh, a master suite with an ensuite bathroom, and two themed twin bedrooms known as the 'Pirate' and 'Mermaid' rooms.
