Within walking distance of the pretty fishing harbour with a plethora of independent shops, art galleries and restaurants. The spectacular Damien Hurst Sculpture overlooks the rugged harbour. Take a boat trip over to Lundy Island with stunning wildlife such as puffins and seals. The award winning beach of Woolacombe is only 5 miles away and has 3 miles of golden sands to enjoy the fresh sea air and is very popular with surfers and paddleboarders. This is also a haven for cyclists as the Tarka trail which is 180 miles long is on your doorstep. As you step into the hallway of this Victorian townhouse you will see the attention to detail this property has to offer. Leading off from the hallway is the beautiful lounge with oak floorboards, large comfy sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner (first basket of logs provided). The open plan kitchen offers a light and airy social place where you can sit and plan your day's adventure over a cooked breakfast. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven a centre island with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Magimix coffee machine and the utility has a dishwasher washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Taking the staircase, there are four bedrooms, one double with an en suite shower room with a shower and WC, two double beds and a triple bunk bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower attachment and WC. Heading outside into the split level garden there is an outside heated shower to wash yourselves down after a day at the beach or to wash the sand off your four legged friends. On the top level, you will be able to relax on the patio furniture and enjoy cooking with the charcoal BBQ. There is on road parking at the front of the house (subject to availability).
