The Space:
As soon as you step foot in Rathbone Road, you’ll feel the cool and stylish vibe that runs throughout the property.
A 50 inch 4K Smart TV sits in the prime spot in the living room and there is ample seating in the form of comfy, grey sofa. Personal elements have been added to the space in the form of ornaments and decor.
Sharing the space is the dining area which comes in the form of a stylish black table with matching chairs.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped for your stay. The kitchen area is bright with a minimalist style. You’ll have everything you need for your stay as it is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and cafetiere. There is also the added bonus of a breakfast bar.
Open the door from the kitchen and you’re on the paved backyard which provides the perfect spot for enjoying some fresh air during your stay.
Head back inside and discover the first bedroom which is on the ground floor. This bedroom is a sophisticated haven with calming neutral tones and pops of colours. It features two single beds so it’s perfect for children and teenagers.
Take the stairs and you’ll find another three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a bright and fresh feel. The double bed dominates the space and there is also a single bed in the space. The modern ensuite in this room features a shower, wash basin and WC.
The third bedroom is yet another space with a luxury feel. The space boasts a comfy double bed and hanging space.
The fourth bedroom is another cosy space, once again with a double bed and exposed, in addition to spotlights and hanging space.
The family bathroom is a modern space that is home to a bathtub, overhead shower, basin and WC. A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. Keys are accessed via a key safe and details will be sent out to guests prior to their arrival.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.
The Neighborhood:
Liverpool has attractions littered throughout the city and more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital. Each attraction is leading in its own right, but there seems to be a few ‘big hitters’ that everyone wants to know about.
The views from the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour offer some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine.
If you’re a fan of culture, you’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history, as well as art and music.
Football fans will also be spoilt for choice with two great stadiums to visit in Liverpool’s Anfield and Everton’s Goodison Park.

Liverpool has excellent train links to locations across Britain.
Make the most of the Merseyrail metro system which provides quick and easy access to all of the attractions in Liverpool.
There are also various bus routes running throughout the city.
