The first floor is dedicated to an open-plan social area that seamlessly integrates a cozy lounge equipped with a 42-inch Smart television and a state-of-the-art kitchen boasting white stone worktops and integrated appliances. A large wooden dining table, capable of seating ten, serves as a perfect gathering spot for family meals or evening discussions.
