This dog-friendly accommodation can host up to nine guests, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups seeking a relaxing retreat with stunning countryside views that extend towards the sea. The property combines modern amenities with a serene setting, ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.

The first floor features a beautifully designed open-plan living area that is bathed in natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The well-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals with ease, which can be enjoyed at the spacious dining table. The inviting sitting room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a television, opens onto a fantastic balcony that provides a perfect vantage point for enjoying the breathtaking views. Additionally, a convenient cloakroom with a wash basin and WC is located on this level.

On the ground floor, guests will find four generously sized bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to the decking and rear garden. Another king-size bedroom also features an en-suite, while the remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms serviced by a family bathroom. For added convenience, a utility area is available, equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, and storage for wetsuits and beach gear.

Heatherbank's outdoor amenities include a lovely garden and decked area, perfect for evening barbecues and enjoying the fresh air. The property is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the renowned South West Coast Path and is within walking distance of the village's independent shops, restaurants, and pubs. Additionally, up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small extra charge, and families can request a travel cot and highchair, although the property is not suitable for a stair gate.
