The larger of the two properties, Hall Barn, is a two-storey cottage that accommodates up to nine guests. Its ground floor boasts a generous open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge, complete with a cozy wood burner. Sliding doors open to a private south-facing garden featuring a terrace, outdoor seating, and a BBQ area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Additionally, the ground floor includes two double bedrooms and a separate shower room, while the first floor is home to an en suite twin bedroom and a master bedroom that includes both a double bed and a single bed.

Hall Barn is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Sonos sound system, alongside entertainment options such as a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Guests will also find essential kitchen supplies provided, along with bed linens and towels, although beach towels are not included. The property is available for year-round rental, with a minimum stay of three nights and seven nights during high season, which spans from late July to the end of August and includes the Christmas and New Year weeks.

For larger groups, Hall Barn can be rented in conjunction with the adjacent Quaker Barn, accommodating a total of 17 guests.
