On the first floor, guests will find three double bedrooms, one of which has French doors leading to the garden, and a bathroom. The large front bedroom is tastefully decorated with a double bed and two guest beds, while the other two bedrooms also feature double beds. The second floor houses an additional double bedroom and a separate bathroom. To enhance your stay, two bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the lounge boasts a 50-inch smart TV with Sky TV and free Wi-Fi, ensuring entertainment for everyone.
Conveniently situated near the coast and the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the house is just a 10-15 minute walk from Brighton's vibrant city center, the famous Lanes, and the seafront. The area is flat, making it easy to explore local attractions, including a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes. Brighton station is also within walking distance, providing quick access to London, only 50 minutes away by train. For those traveling by car, free parking is available a couple of streets away, or parking vouchers can be arranged for convenience.
This welcoming vacation home is available for both short and long stays, with a minimum stay requirement of two nights on weekends and three nights during bank holidays and special events. The property is maintained with care, including professional cleaning after each visit, and guests are requested to respect the home by covering any damages.
