Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, a gated front garden with lawn and decking and a rear enclosed garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 1 mile a pub and 1.9 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Travel cot, highchair and fireguards available. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore the Pembrokeshire coast at Charlwood. Note: The owner lives next door but everything is private. Town: Kilgetty, a sleepy rural community, is just two and a half miles from Cresswell Quay, one of Pembrokeshire's most photogenic villages. Cresswell Quay is a charming hamlet of scattered cottages perched on the edge of the tidal estuary. The Cresselly Arms is a good place to stop for a drink and some snacks, and the old quay is where boats can still moor (when the tide is out, of course). Tenby, which can be reached in a short car ride, is a quaint town with a few stores, a few bars, and a train station. In addition to the nearby coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby, which boast fabulous beaches, watersports, and boat trips to Caldey Island, home to a small gathering of monks and their monastery, Kilgetty is conveniently located near a number of other attractions. The nearby Folly Farm, which has won numerous awards, is a wonderful place to take children and show them what a real farm is like. In addition to the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline and the coastal National Park, a walker's paradise, Oakwood Theme Park is nearby.
