We are in an unbeatable location - Just 2 minutes from the beach, a five minute walk into central Brighton and a 15 minute walk away from the train station.

There are a couple of aspects to make you aware of in advance for those with mobility issues or families with prams, please note that this is an old building so there is no lift and access to the property is via staircase only. We are also located in a vibrant part of Brighton with a lot of restaurants, bars and the seafront for you to explore so the streets can sometimes be busy in the evenings.

The kitchen is kitted out with all the amenities required for everyone to enjoy a casual breakfast/dinner and drinks.

Each bedroom comes with blackout shutters/blinds and beds will be fully made up with a fresh towel provided for each guest.

Volk’s Electric Railway and South Downs Way are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore South Downs National Park and Ditchling Common Country Park. SEA LIFE Brighton and Brighton Pier are also worth visiting.
