The house is approached via an avenue of beech trees which line the private driveway of the wonderful private Glaneirw Estate. The house has been lovingly renovated maintaining many original features from the entrance hall and aged terracotta tiles to the beautiful flagstone floors that adorn the main reception room. High ceilings, ornate architraves and characterful beams enhance the period style of this spacious home.
Children will love watching films in their own lounge area. In total there are 5 bedrooms (the master suite is fabulously light, bright and spacious), 3 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The garden is a beautiful place to sit and savour your morning coffee listening to nothing but birdsong or the woodpecker doing his daily chores. On warm evenings you can enjoy a drink in the outside covered dining area or enjoy a game of ping-pong.
There is a small shop just 10-minute walk away, open every day 7am-9pm. The local area has several great restaurants to visit including some off the beaten track. The seaside village of Tresaith, just a couple of miles away, has more great places to enjoy some fine fair. Come here to explore the Cardigan Bay coastline, beaches and Ceredigion coastal path only 3 miles away.
