This listing is for the full use of two large Mongolian Yurts and a Converted Barn that is directly connected to the large Yurt in a "Hobbit house" design.. Down a staircase in the large Yurt you will find a big bathroom and a Wood Cabin that also directly connects to the barn Kitchen. The kitchen/living space is huge with plenty of space for big groups. The 2nd smaller Yurt is close by and set back into a lovely garden with spectacular views of the mountains and valley below.

Each Yurt and the spacious barn kitchen all have log burners to keep you nice and cosy after a day at the beach, jumping in rivers or from clambering the local mountains.

This tranquil site will immediately bring back those childhood memories and connect you back to nature with the surrounding forests, rivers and wild animals! As soon as you walk out the yurt doors nature hits you.. the valley where Hapus Yurt is located has much to offer. Your host will direct you on many local walks, the waterfall, pubs, beaches and exciting areas to discover.

This property has coal fires to keep you warm during your stay, but also central heating in the bathroom and main areas.
Staying here also allows you access to the open garden with a fire pit and BBQ area.

Always with a warm welcome to this beautiful home, we hope you enjoy everything Conwy and the local area has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby, with Snowdonia at our doorstep, Zipworld, and other attractions all very close.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.. the kitchen is very well equipped!..
The kitchen has two fridges, freezer, a big hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer and a freezer. Plenty of plates, glasses and crockery etc.
This dwelling is a perfect place to relax with lots of space and privacy and offers good FREE internet access.

The property has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9.
In the first bedroom (Big yurt), you will find 3 king beds and a single bed.
The second bedroom (Small yurt) contains 1 king bed and one single bed.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a large walk-in shower.
The second (outdoor) bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all provided.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is anytime after 3pm and check-out is by 11am.(unless discussed)
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- Lots of Free on-site parking available at the property.
-Pets are not allowed.
-No Party Events
(Not suitable for very loud music due to others living locally in the valley)

Located in Abergele, this vacation home is in the mountains and by the ocean. Venue Cymru and Llandudno Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Silver Birch Golf Course and Old Colwyn Golf Club. The Cayley Promenade and Conwy Water Gardens are also worth visiting.
