- Kitchen and utilities – electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer. Utility room contains full-size fridge freezer.
- Entertainment – TV and DVD.
- For families – high chair and travel cot available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
- Outside – private garden area, and shared children's park, hot tub and games room. Two large benches. Hundreds of acres of farmland to be explored.
- General – bed linen and towels provided. Electricity and central heating included. Wi-fi available - Rural area, no superfast broadband. Welcome pack is provided on arrival, including great produce from local bakery. Basic items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, and toilet rolls are provided. Located with two other cottages, they can be booked together to sleep a total of 20 guests. Secure bike storage and bike hire available. Supermarket delivery available from Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Horses are welcome by arrangement, as the farm surroundings are perfect riding country.
- Pets – up to 2 dogs welcome at £20 per pet. Please keep your dogs on the ground floor, and be sure to keep them under control around farmland.
- Notes – At least 72 hours notice required for last-minute bookings – please contact the owners in the circumstances. No smoking.
