Stunningly decorated, and with a stylish yet homely atmosphere, this property really has the wow factor. With walks and cycling routes right from the doorstep, and 8 miles from the lovely traditional market town of Brecon, it is within easy travelling distance of many attractions, adventures and amenities – but you won't want to leave this magnificent property! - Size – sleeps eight in four bedrooms.
- Beds – three king, two single (two double sofa bed for four extra guest.)
- Rooms – ground floor – lounge leading to outside patio, kitchen, dining room, downstairs cloakroom with WC, twin bedroom with rise and recline beds which can be pushed together to become a double – this disabled friendly room also has a and ensuite wet room. First floor – master bedroom with king-size four poster bed and an ensuite, king-size bedroom with ensuite, king-size bedroom with ensuite, landing with reading area.
- Kitchen and utilities – range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, full-size fridge freezer.
- Entertainment – HD TV, DVD and Blu-ray player and iPod docking station in lounge. All bedrooms have a HDTV. Books and games available.
- For families – cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
- Outside – swim spa that can fit up to 14 adults is shared with next door cottage – it has a jacuzzi setting and a swim setting and is located in a garden area with furniture, swinging chair and gas barbecue. Most guests arrange to use the swim spa after they have arrived, but there's no option to reserve the swim spa for two hour slots in advance for the additional fee of £30 plus session. The swim spa is available for use up to 10 PM.
- Parking – plenty of off-road parking available.
- General – bedlinen and bath towels provided, but please bring your own towels for use in swim spa. Heating and electricity included. Full disabled access, shower chair, grab rails and alarm in ground floor bedroom three – please notify owners when booking. Mountain bikes are available to hire from the farm and pick ups may be available on nearby routes and trails. Secure bike storage available on-site. Free Wi-Fi, but please note that speeds may be slow due to the rural location of the property. Half a mile of private fishing rights on local river. Information on local walks, cycle routes etc is provided. Supermarket delivery is available in the area. Ysgubor other one is located on the same farm as Llety Llyn y Fan, Bwthyn y Bannau and Bwthyn Tre-faen to accommodate up to 36 guests. This property is the winner of a Powys business awards. The property will be decorated with Christmas tree over the festive period.

- Notes- The swim spa is provided for guests’ enjoyment and is not reflected in the price. Owners reserve the right to shut down the spa at any time for essential maintenance. This cottage is located on a working farm and therefore young children must not be left unsupervised. Mobile phone signal is not guaranteed.
