Guests can enjoy breathtaking westerly views of Praa Sands and the stunning coastline towards Mounts Bay, while the extensive private gardens provide ample space for relaxation and enjoying spectacular sunsets.

The interior of Lesceave Farmhouse is spacious and tastefully decorated, spanning approximately 2100 square feet. On the ground floor, visitors will find two separate reception rooms: a traditional dining room featuring an open beamed ceiling and a cozy woodburning stove, and a bright sitting room that boasts magnificent sea views. The farmhouse kitchen is equipped with shaker-style units and an electric Everhot range, complemented by a large larder for storage. A sun room and conservatory enhance the living space, while the ground floor also hosts a master bedroom with stunning views, a bathroom with a separate shower, and a snug room perfect for teenagers. Accessibility is a key feature, with a no-step entrance suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

On the first floor, three additional bedrooms offer more sea views, including a double, a twin, and a small single bedroom, alongside a family bathroom. The farmhouse is surrounded by mature gardens covering approximately 0.7 acres, a rare find in such a prime coastal location. These gardens feature sun terraces and lawns, as well as an area left in its natural state for outdoor activities like kickabouts and wildlife exploration. A small gate provides direct access to the coastal path, allowing guests to explore the scenic routes to Praa Sands, Prussia Cove, Marazion, or Rinsey and Porthleven.

Parking is available for several cars beside the house, with a reminder to park considerately due to the presence of a small converted barn used by the owners.
