The ground floor of Tolly House features underfloor heating and an inviting entrance hall that leads to a cozy living room equipped with a wood-burning stove and a 37-inch plasma TV with a DVD/Video player. French doors open to a fully enclosed garden, perfect for children to play safely. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area boasts a conductor hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a freezer, along with an eight-seater oak dining table. A separate utility room/W.C. includes an automatic washing machine and dryer, enhancing the convenience for guests during their stay.
On the first floor, guests will find a relaxing olive and cream double bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring an over-bath shower. Additionally, there is a charming blue twin-bedded room and a separate bathroom with another over-bath shower. The second floor offers a coffee and cream double bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a round porthole window, and breathtaking views of the Norfolk countryside, as well as a twin candy-striped bedroom, both equipped with plasma TVs and stunning vistas.
The property includes a fully enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and parking for two cars at the rear. Tolly House provides essential amenities such as duvets, linens, towels, and complimentary WiFi for guests.
